Self-assessment profiles are sometimes referred to as "instruments." These are paper and pencil or on-line questionnaires that enable individuals to gain greater self-insight. Some instruments are used only as self-assessments, others are designed to solicit feedback from others. They improve self-knowledge that is essential to success. Incorporating a self-assessment profile into a training program enriches and personalizes the education for each participant. Most profiles are available as paper and pencil versions or on-line over the internet.

DiSC Classic Profile® -- the famous DiSC™ model. |

The DiSC profile is one of today's most powerful personal growth tools. It helps you understand yourself and your impact on others and helps reduce conflict and improve relationships. Intuitively easy to understand, it has been experienced by over 20 million people worldwide.
The DiSC Classic Profile and the Online DiSC Classic 2.0 are the paper and online DiSC behavioral assessments developed based on the Marston model and Inscape Publishing's DiSC research. The paper version is less expensive and can be administered and scored during a seminar session. The Online DISC Profile can be taken in advance of a seminar and is computer scored and plotted. It can also provide immediate results when it is taken. The DiSC profile looks at an individual's behavioral style along the four D-i-S-C dimensions.
