Some instruments are used only as self-assessments, others are designed to solicit feedback from others. They improve self-knowledge that is essential to success. Incorporating a self-assessment profile into a training program enriches and personalizes the education for each participant.  The profiles from Wiley are available on-line over the internet or as paper and pencil forms.

Everything DiSC Workplace®

Everything DiSC WorkplaceEverything DiSC Workplace is the newest approach to collecting and presenting DiSC profile information. (See DiSC Classic Profile description below.) The seminar leader provides participants with a login code by email and directions to the Wiley website. They answer the DiSC questions on-line. The computer does the rest by scoring and graphing the results using the newest circular presentation model. The personalized report is more detailed than the original paper and pencil generic explanation. In addition to the added insight gained by participants, the facilitator can produce a group profile showing all the results. Information gathered from the standard DiSC profile can also be tied into other DiSC products such as DiSC 363 for Leaders. Computer scoring and report generation removes that time from the classroom leaving more time for value-added discussions and instruction. The Facilitator's Guide with its ready-made slides and available video segments makes leading a session both simple and professional.

DiSC Classic ProfileThe DiSC profile is one of today's most powerful personal growth tools. The DiSC Classic Profile and the Online DiSC Classic 2.0 are the paper and online DiSC behavioral assessments developed based on the Marston model and Inscape Publishing's DiSC research. The paper version is less expensive and can be administered and scored during a seminar session. The Online DISC Profile can be taken in advance of a seminar and is computer scored and plotted. It can also provide immediate results when it is taken. The DiSC profile looks at an individual's behavioral style along the four D-i-S-C dimensions.
